About the role?
We’re seeking an Associate Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising technology solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond. You’ll work on digital transformation initiatives and business process improvements, ensuring our systems support efficient operations and deliver real impact for the community.
This role, based in Robina (GC) or Brisbane, will see you collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, as well as our property and tenancy management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop business cases
- Design and document system solutions and process improvements
- Lead implementation of technology solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Power Platform
- Develop data models and dashboards in Power BI for advanced analytics
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and data migration efforts
- Provide technical support and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within not-for-profit or community housing
- Strong experience in business process modelling and workflow automation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, and Power Platform
- Experience with APIs, integration design, and automation development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Agile methodology experience and strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for social impact and improving lives through technology
- Satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check
